REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Reservation is confirmed upon a 50% deposit of the total package price.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation.
Reservations without payment may be released without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations by participants are subject to the following charges:
After reservation: Deposit is forfeited (non-refundable).
14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
Cancellation penalties also apply for rescheduling or switching to a different package.
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, political unrest, pandemic, etc.), any refund will follow the policy of our third-party partners, including hotels, transportation, and other service providers.
LIABILITIES
Gallia Phinisi is not responsible and cannot be held liable for:
Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by external factors (weather, transportation issues, etc.).
Personal loss or damage of belongings such as cameras, gadgets, or luggage.
Any injuries, accidents, or medical issues during the trip.
Lost or damaged items entrusted to third parties (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Missed activities or services that are not used for personal reasons.
Gallia Phinisi reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for the safety and comfort of guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER
Gallia Phinisi reserves the right to:
Refuse or remove participants from the trip if they display disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
Adjust pricing in case of increased operational costs (e.g., fuel surcharge, tax revisions, etc.).
Charge additional fees for extra services requested beyond the agreed package.
